margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; max-width: 100%; clear: both; min-height: 1em; box-sizing: border-box !important; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;"> 该案系赵某申请执行唐山海港某矿产品有限公司建设施工合同纠纷一案，乐亭县人民法院于2018年8月8日立案受理并于2019年8月12日作出民事判决书，判令被告唐山海港某矿产品有限公司于判决生效后五日内给付原告赵某工程款人民币10111419.36元，被告于判决生效后五日内给付原告赵某鉴定费人民币84642元后再未按照生效法律文书履行。此案于2018年8月27日立执行保全案，立案当天执行干警对被执行人唐山海港某矿产品有限公司的财产2000万元的份额予以查封，该案于2020年4月9日申请执行，次日立案。收案后，执行干警及时对被执行人发出执行通知书、报告财产令等法律文书并对被执行人名下车辆、存款、住房、工商登记、股权、保险进行线上、线下“四查两报”查控。经查询，除诉讼中保全查封的财产外，无其他可供执行财产。2020年5月29日，将被执行人唐山海港某矿产品有限公司纳入失信及公司法人张某限制高消费。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px;
