16px;">2020年是特殊的一年，也是不平凡的一年。一场疫情，打乱了所有人原本的计划，如果没有这场突袭，大概很多人还循着往常的轨迹，过着朝九晚五的日子，可因为病毒侵袭，那些白衣天使逆行而战；面临着升学考试的学生们开始了网课体验；马路上汽车的鸣笛声比往常少了许多……生活就这样在一夜之间天翻地覆，这无疑是一场灾难。这些天，我们看惯悲欢离合，被疫情阴影裹挟着的我们或许从未发现，灾难的另一面，还有一个词，叫做陪伴。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">在这场没有硝烟的战疫里，大家的心紧紧相连，父母与孩子有更多的时间相处在一起，一起学习，一起游戏，互相成为彼此最真挚的玩伴，陪伴他们的还有我们可爱的老师，每天利用微信群推送各种活动，接收幼儿反馈信息，关注每一位幼儿的生活，每一分钟都不曾分开，作为一名幼儿教师，虽然我们不能为了祖国、为了人民奔赴抗疫一线，但是，我们仍在疫情后方做好自己的本职工作，为孩子们的线上教育工作奉献出自己的力量。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="color: rgb(192, 0, 0); font-size: 16px;"><strong>一、线上教学，不一样的教学方式</strong></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">在疫情期间，老师们每天辛苦工作，为了让孩子们实现停课不停学，每天定时推送线上课程，制作精美的活动课视频，完成疫情报告工作，抽出时间进行师幼互动，撰写每天的工作日志、制作主题活动美篇，给予幼儿最特殊的陪伴。在老师手机设置里有很多的闹铃，那是每一个推送活动的时间，疫情报告的时间，为了不延误推送课程，老师放弃每一个休息时间，填写报表，反馈家长信息，有时家长忙的时候忘了报体温，老师就得给每一位家长打电话，一天下来没有半点休息的时间，即使这样也没有半句怨言。</span></p><p 16px;">在这种情形下，每一位老师完成了线上录制课程，学会了简单的视频编辑工作，不断探索教育教学新的领域，为了使画面更加清晰，声音更加动听，她们购置了专业的拍摄设备，把最好的状态呈现在孩子面前，一遍一遍地更改，一遍一遍地录制，不厌其烦，精益求精，她们认真的样子值得我们称赞和学习。</span></p><p><span style="letter-spacing: 1.5px; red;">是一个新领域的创新探索。老师们在传统的线下幼儿教学中从容不迫、熟练完整的进行与幼儿们面对面的教学或者游戏互动等，但是线上的幼儿教学还是我们不太熟悉的领域。因此，在线上幼儿教学领域，我们每一位教师通过不断学习、掌握线上的教学模式，以此来让自己在这一疫情期间从不缺席幼儿的教育，让网络成为我们的得力助手，在不断提升教学水平与手段的基础上，也积极的在疫情期间投入到幼儿们的线上教育中，让他们停课不停学，与幼儿们一同学习，从不曾分开。</span></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(192, 0, 0);">二、走进自然，感受阳光的沐浴</span></strong></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">经历了一个漫长的假期，孩子们的居家活动告一段落，我们要带领孩子走进自然，感受大自然温暖的怀抱。为了增强幼儿体质，在开学后老师们组织了各项户外活动，我们将环境与自然整合到幼儿游戏和学习环境的过程中，让幼儿有更多机会走进大自然、接触大自然，并与他们分享对于大自然的热爱和好奇，将种植角投放到活动室中，通过主题活动、家园合作等多种方式支持幼儿了解植物，理解人与人、人与自然的关系，感受友好、平等、珍爱的重要意义。</span></p><p><img 16px;">走出室内，小朋友们带着自己制作的风筝，唱着、跳着、欢呼雀跃着，闻一闻花香，听一听鸟语，花丛中捉几只蚂蚁，风车在头顶上呼呼作响，那是老师们开学前一天为孩子们制作的精美礼物，滑梯静静地等待着孩子们的青睐，从此这里又有了欢歌笑语，只要孩子们开心，家长们满意就是我们最幸福的事儿了。</span></p><p><img 16px;">这段时光，对于大班的孩子来说是最不寻常的，他们面临毕业，走进小学，老师有着太多的不舍和嘱托。在假期我们组织了线上幼小衔接主题活动，活动中孩子们通过微信群积极与老师互动，和老师一起探讨小学生活，如何做一名合格的小学生，我们应该做哪些准备等等，孩子们积极回答老师提出的问题，教师从各个方面总结升入小学应该做到什么，首先应该培养孩子们良好的学习习惯和生活习惯，培养幼儿的社会交往能力和适应能力，养成良好的作息习惯，制定作息时间表，还要告诉家长应该为孩子创设一个良好的学习空间，培养自主阅读的好习惯，从幼儿园到小学，不是翻山越岭，不是跳跃大沟深壑，也不是进入天壤之别的生活，而是童年生活的一种自然延伸和过渡。</span></p><p><img 16px;">开学的这段时间，小朋友们倍加珍惜这段美好的时光，即使每天入园前都带着小口罩也要坚持来园，一天的活动让幼儿充实而又快乐。今天，孩子们打扮的都很漂亮，特意穿上了妈妈做的花裙子，杨老师为孩子们准备了亲手书写的贺卡、气球，每张贺卡上写满了对孩子们的祝福，选择幼儿园里最漂亮的玉兰树作为背景照了人生第一张毕业照，或坐、或躺、甜美、幸福，笑意写满每个孩子的脸庞，以至于把每一位老师都带回到天真烂漫的童年时光，最后伴随着《谢谢你，因为有你》的歌声，孩子们结束了幼儿园生活，迈向另一个新的起点。</span></p><p><img 16px;">2020年开始，一场突如其来的疫情打乱了所有人的生活，孩子和老师都经历了一个特殊的寒假。在“停课不停学”的号召下，“线上教学”让平日里“三尺讲台”上的老师纷纷成了“网络主播”，录制微课，剪视频，架设备，每个老师都在自己小小的四方天地里大显神威，努力想打破距离的束缚。在特殊时期，用特殊的方式带给孩子们教育的温度。由于幼儿的年龄特点和学习方式的特点，幼儿园主要采用的是“录播微课”的形式进行线上教育活动。如何指导家长做好高质量的亲子陪伴，把疫情转化为有价值的教育活动，值得我们每一位老师思考与探索。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;"> 我很荣幸，我也成为了新型“网络主播”的一员。 刚开始录制微课，根本不知道如何下手。于是我开始研究录课软件：快手、抖音、剪映、格式工厂，视频剪辑、语音转换等各种软件的运用，百度、知乎、各大网站也成了我的老师，我从里面寻找适合的材料和素材。在摸索与学习中，录制微课的技术有了极大的提升，也大大提升了工作效率和视频呈现的效果。处于知识爆炸的时代，处在传统教育形态和新型教育形态交替碰撞时期的老师，我们要学会与时俱进，用丰富的技能武装自己，以适应任何时期出现的不同挑战，用科学的方法陪伴了每个孩子、每个家庭！</span></p><p><img 16px;">长期的居家隔离难免带给孩子心理和情绪上的波动，我想比起知识的掌握，关注他们在特殊时期的心理健康似乎更加迫切。因此我在教育内容上选择有利于心理调适、情绪缓解、生动有趣，有利于亲子互动的内容。比如：《白衣天使最可爱》想告诉他们不用畏惧病毒，有白衣天使保护我们。《一个叫新型冠状病毒的坏家伙》告诉孩子们他们为什么要居家隔离，如何注意卫生，保护自己。《眼保健操》让孩子们在上网课的同时也要保护好自己的眼睛……这些课程对于孩子们的益处良多，也更能帮助父母们更好的陪伴孩子舒缓“失去自由”的难过心绪。</span></p><p><img 16px;">感动无处不在。受疫情的影响，我和孩子们有四个月没有见面了，如果线上教学有什么让我最难适应，我想应该是我不能亲自牵着他们的小手去闻校园的花香，不能当面竖起大拇指夸他们真棒。比起隔离的孤独、制作课程的繁难，心的疏远和情感的阻隔才是最应该克服的困难。因此，线上教学的重中之重，是透过这一方小小屏幕，让屏幕对面，我们的孩子感受到爱的温度和老师的关心。在每一次微课的开始，我都会表达对他们的想念；在每节课的结尾，同样表达对见面的期待；在每一条简单的问候里，注入我温暖的希冀。孩子们在活动后的积极分享和反馈，一次又一次的让我感动。通过这次网络授课，让我明白了“爱和陪伴”才是教育最纯的心意。</span></p><p 16px;">虽然延迟开学，但是我们姜幼师生停课不停学！延迟开学前，园长和班主任教师进行了视频会议，对“停课不停学”活动做出重要部署，要求每班编辑温馨的延迟开学提示，班主任老师每天上下午在班级群发布县局统一录制的网推课，提醒家长为幼儿准备好活动材料等等。同时，每一名班主任老师，每天要做好幼儿的健康汇总，请家长们严格执行日报制度，每日按时在班级群上报幼儿们的健康日统表。但是难免有个别家长不能按时上报幼儿体温，每名教师都能及时耐心地和家长微信、电话联系，每天不厌其烦地询问、督促其按时上报提交，并按时汇总上报园里。收到每一个孩子都平安健康的消息，每名老师那颗悬着的心才能安然着落。所有班主任老师遵循守土有责的原则，时刻提醒家长和学生要保持高度警惕，不给家庭添麻烦，不给国家和社会添乱。疫情防控期间，建议家长监督幼儿保持良好个人习惯，多喝水、勤洗手、少出门、常通风，适当进行锻炼。
