18px;">该负责人表示，青贮饲料的主要原料是青贮玉米，地头收购价在500元/吨左右，而收割未成熟小麦用作青贮，亩生物产量不到1.5吨，按网传1500元/亩计算，折合收购价超过1000元/吨，远高于青贮玉米，且小麦的饲用价值仅相当于青贮玉米的70%左右，<strong><span style="font-size: 18px;color: rgb(123, 12, 0);">从营养价值、经济价值来说，收割未成熟小麦用作青贮既不划算，也不合常理。</span></strong>从近些年的情况看，只有少数奶牛养殖场在配套饲草料地上轮作倒茬种植一些饲用小麦，用来作青贮饲料。2022年受前一年北方严重秋汛影响，黄淮海地区个别养殖场青贮玉米收储量不足，所以增加收储了少量口粮小麦作补充。而今年据中国奶业协会调度和各地反映，奶牛养殖场青贮饲料供给正常，没有出现短缺现象。</span></section><section><span style="font-size: 18px;">该负责人表示，小麦是重要的口粮作物，面积和产量占全年粮食的1/5以上，又是全年粮食生产的第一季，夏粮小麦首战告捷对夺取全年粮食丰收至关重要。当前，主产区小麦长势良好，一二类苗比例较去年高1个百分点，要珍惜来之不易的小麦生产好形势。下一步，农业农村部将指导各小麦主产区强化后期田间管理，落实“一喷三防”措施，抓好赤霉病、条锈病、穗期蚜虫等重大病虫害防控，制定应对“烂场雨”应急预案，确保颗粒归仓。网民朋友如发现割青毁麦问题线索，可拨打农业农村部热线电话010-59191312。</span></section><section
